SPARSH (Sastur Project of Action Research Services through Hospital), a flagship public-private partnership initiative of PRIDE India established in 1996, delivers quality primary healthcare to underserved rural communities in Maharashtra’s Marathwada region.

It is a 30-bed rural hospital recognised by IPHS and ISO-certified, providing comprehensive clinical and preventive services, impacting over 1.65 lakh people annually. With a strong focus on maternal, child, and elderly health, as well as HIV/AIDS care across 4 districts, SPARSH has cumulatively served over 17.9 lakh patients across 421 villages, advancing the goal of ensuring healthy lives and well-being for all.

PRIDE India is a non-governmental organisation founded in 1982. We work with communities to help them become self-reliant.
